Teenager Ryan's sister has gone missing, and he has reason to suspect an online group that exposes ghost stories to be involved in her disappearance. He knows she was persuaded to try the dangerous elevator game, which is widespread on social media and is believed to be linked to the disappearance of several young people around the world. Ryan convinces the group to dive back into the game to find out more about his sister's disappearance. He gets closer to the truth, but accidentally summons the woman from the 5th floor, who then hunts them all down one by one.
